General information for our guests

The room is available on the day of arrival from 3 pm to 11 am on the day of departure. Same times for the use of the parking fees.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise when booking, it is assumed that you report to the reception before 8 pm on the day of arrival. If you don't expect to arrive until later, please let us know in time.
If you wish or are forced to leave one or more days earlier than originally announced, please inform the reception no later than the day before your departure.

The hotel's front door will be closed around 10 p.m. After 10 pm, you must enter the code, turn the bottom handle and open the door. This way, you have 24-hour access to the hotel.
The reception is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
You can reserve breakfast at the reception at the latest at 6 pm the day before you want to use breakfast.

At reception, you can use a mobile phone upon request and for a fee. For further information, please contact our reception.

There is wireless internet throughout the hotel. The wireless network name is Alpha01, the code to use is alphaguest

We kindly ask you to give the maids the opportunity to clean the room every day, before noon if possible.
If you want this to happen at a specific time, feel free to agree with the maid or reception.
Please put the towels to be refreshed in the bath or shower

Please inform us of technical defects in the room so that we can fix them as soon as possible.
When you leave the room, remember to carefully lock the door. Also, at night, when you are in bed, make sure that the room door is locked.
Remember that here on the coast, it can suddenly start blowing and raining heavily even in the summer. So be sure to close the windows carefully before leaving the room in case of impending storm weather. Please also make sure that the curtains do not blow out the window.
Please remember to return the room key when you leave.
